Begin your experience in total comfort, even before you step into our spa. You can download our patient app to complete all new patient paperwork from home, at your convenience. This allows you to arrive relaxed and ready to fully engage in your consultation. If you prefer, or are unable to complete your forms ahead of time, one of our receptionists will provide an iPad upon arrival so you can complete everything in-office with ease.
Once your paperwork is complete in-office, you’ll receive your New Patient Welcome Folder, a beautifully designed guide crafted to orient you to your experience at Zen ReGen. Inside, you’ll find your individualized treatment plan & detailed skincare regimen (filled out during your consultation), a savings guide outlining Cherry financing, rewards programs, and memberships, plus brochures showcasing all of our services — including our signature facial treatments.
Your consultation begins with a VISIA® skin analysis and professional profile photography. This advanced 3D imaging technology provides a detailed map of your skin, revealing underlying concerns, measuring texture, pigmentation, and pore health, and tracking your progress over time. These insights allow your provider to make fully informed, precise recommendations tailored to your skin’s unique needs.
You’ll enjoy 45 uninterrupted minutes with your provider, a private space to share your concerns, goals, and lifestyle considerations. Every treatment recommendation is carefully curated, combining the artistry of aesthetics with advanced regenerative medicine to ensure results that feel natural and personalized. This in-depth conversation allows your provider to design a treatment plan that aligns perfectly with your vision.
