Financial Policy

Zen ReGen is a private-pay clinic and is not contracted with insurance providers. The following policies apply to all services:

Consultation Fees

  • A $125 non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your appointment with a medical provider. This fee is
  • Non-refundable if you no-show or decline treatment
  • Creditable towards services or products if booked within 1 year of consultation
  • A new consultation is required after 1 year
  • Hormone replacement therapy consultations require a $250 non-refundable fee, non applicable toward future services or products

Note: Treatment plans are customized and pricing can only be determined following your consultation.

Payment Policy

  • A valid credit card is required at booking to secure your appointment
  • By providing a card on file, you authorize Zen ReGen to charge applicable fees, including late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any outstanding balances in accordance with our policies.
  • Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of future service.

Insurance Information

  • Zen ReGen does not contract with insurance providers. However, Dr. Chambers and Dr. Sivamani see medical dermatology patients through their separate practice, Pacific Skin Institute (PSI). Contact PSI directly at 916-925-7020 to verify insurance eligibility.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable $125 fee charged to the card on file. Appointments booked within 48 hours are also subject to this policy and cannot be canceled without incurring the $125 fee.
  • Patients will not be eligible to schedule future appointments until the $125 fee has been paid in full. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to place a deposit or full prepayment to secure future appointments. Zen ReGen reserves the right to enforce these requirements at its discretion.

We appreciate your consideration for our providers, staff, and fellow patients by providing timely notice when adjusting your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and a $125 fee will be charged to the card on file.
  • Your appointment may be canceled or adjusted based on provider availability.
  • We cannot guarantee accommodation for late arrivals.

Your punctuality helps us maintain a smooth, high-quality patient experience for everyone.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds on services, packages, memberships, or products.
  • Prepaid services, packages, and treatments are non-transferable.

If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please contact our office so we can evaluate and determine appropriate next steps at our discretion. Zen ReGen does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Individual results vary.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates must be presented at the time of services. All gift certificates are final and non-refundable.

Memberships, Packages & Promotions

  • All memberships and packages are final and non-refundable. Expiration dates apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Promotions are valid only during the specified time frame.
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Promotions, packages, and membership pricing cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

General Policy

Zen ReGen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all clinic policies. Zen ReGen reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

Treatment outcomes vary from patient to patient. Our team will always provide recommendations based on your goals, but results are not guaranteed.
