Zen ReGen Policies
Financial Policies
Zen ReGen is a private-pay clinic and is not contracted with any insurance carriers. The following policies apply to all services:
Consultation Fees

Cosmetic Dermatology, Comprehensive Consultations & Aesthetician Consults:
$125 non-refundable fee, required to secure your appointment with a medical provider. This fee is:

Non-refundable if you no-show or decline treatment.

Creditable toward services or products if booked within 1 year of the consultation.
-
A new consultation is required after 1 year.

Hormone Replacement Therapy & Healthy Body Consultations:
$250 non-refundable fee, not applicable toward future services or products.
Note: Treatment plans are customized and pricing can only be determined following your consultation.
Payment at the Time of Service

A valid credit card is required at booking to secure your appointment.

For all services (excluding injectables):
Full payment is due 2 business days prior to your appointment. Payments are non-refundable once processed but may be applied as a credit toward a future rescheduled service. -
For injectable treatments:
Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Insurance Information
Zen ReGen does not contract with insurance providers. However:

Dr. Chambers and Dr. Sivamani see medical dermatology patients through their separate practice, Pacific Skin Institute (PSI).

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Consultations & Booked Services:

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a non-refundable $125 fee, charged to the card on file.
We appreciate your consideration for our providers, staff, and fellow patients by providing timely notice when adjusting your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy

Arriving more than 5 minutes late? Call us immediately at 916-936-1231.

Delays of 5+ minutes may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

Significant delays or no notice will be subject to a $125 fee.

Refund Policy

No refunds for services already provided.

Packages/Series:
Services rendered from a package are considered used. If you discontinue treatment mid-series: -
A credit for the unused, pro-rated portion (at the package rate) may be applied toward other services or products.

Credits may also be transferred to another individual.

Gift Cards:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Revisional Treatment & Complications
Medicine and aesthetic services are not exact sciences. While good outcomes are expected, no results are guaranteed. Additional treatments or corrections, if needed, may incur additional charges.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service or the gift certificate number must be verified. Gift certificates are available in-store and cannot be mailed out for security reasons.
All gift card sales are final and are non-refundable.
Pregnancy Policy
All women who become pregnant during their medical treatments must discontinue certain treatments (check with your provider for a list). The remaining treatments will be placed on hold until after pregnancy or the remaining balance may be placed on store credit and used for other services. Your safety and the safety of your baby are our top priority.
Refund Policy
Considerations will be on a case by case basis and at the discretion of management.
Sculptra is premixed on an individual basis and therefore no refunds are available if the patient cancels after the product has been mixed.
Package Refunds
All packages not initiated within 3 months are not available for refunds and money paid will be available for store credit only. Should you purchase a package of a service which you wish to change, we will apply the money paid toward the new package.
Return Policy
If a patient does not want to continue with treatments, a credit will be given that can be used for other services or products at Zen ReGen.
Product Returns
We are unable to return any products after purchase unless the return is due to a reaction. You are required to document your reaction within the first 30 days in order for your products to be eligible for return. These returns will result in store credit. All other sales are final.
Banked products are not eligible for refunds, store credit will be given.
Child Safety Policy
For safety and liability reasons, children are only permitted in the spa area when receiving a service. No children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the exam room during laser treatments unless they are the patient being treated. Although we love children, your understanding is greatly appreciated
Messaging Terms & Conditions
You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from ZEN RE•GEN. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@zenregen.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Consent and Opt-out Instructions
Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP.
